Qualified candidate should possess effective administrative skills,
excellent communication, and dynamic problem-solving abilities
directing and assisting field managers to recruit store managers
and sales associates.
Responsibilities include:
· Recruitment and Hiring:
· Create and implement company standards for
recruitment and hiring to meet all legal requirements.
· Act as company liaison at recruiting fairs, college campuses,
and during the interview process for both field and administrative
home office positions.
· Employee Relations:
· Act as liaison for all office personnel in their
needs and interests.
· Act as coach and advisor to field management in personnel
issues.
· Create a counseling and coaching program for the company
to address and improve performance issues.
· Compensation and Benefits:
· Research and administer the company benefits
program, including health care enrollment, costing, and implementation.
· Assist in introducing and implementing any new programs.
· Training and Development:
· Create company-wide job descriptions and expectations
program.
· Create a performance evaluation program for company-wide
implementation.
· Administer the performance and salary review process.
· Spearhead the creation and implementation of training
agendas and programs for departments company-wide.
· Create an employee handbook.
