We guarantee satisfaction with every
purchase! If you are not satisfied with your merchandise for
any reason, our online
store will give you a refund of the cost of the item(s), plus sales tax charged. Shipping charges are not refundable. If a return is
necessary, please do the following:
1. For a full refund of any item, including
sale items, please return your merchandise to our corporate office. The merchandise
must be unworn, with tags attached, and it must be returned within
one month of the receipt date of the order. The customer is responsible
for all return shipping fees.

NOTE:
The customer will not be credited for shipping charges. Please
allow at least 2-3 weeks for returns to process. We do not make
price adjustments for previously purchased items. If you are sending
merchandise to our corporate office, please include the invoice
you received with your order.
2. For store credit or exchange only,
please return your merchandise to one of our stores. If
you are taking the merchandise to one of our stores, remember
to bring the invoice you received with your order and the credit
card you used to make your online purchase.

When you purchase any merchandise from our online store, regular
FedEx ground shipping is offered free of charge on orders of
over $100.00, but only on destinations within the contiguous 48 states in the USA. Shipping will be billed on exchanges, regardless of dollar amount, unless it is our mistake.

For
Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, there is a flat air-shipping
fee of $20 regardless of weight. For shipments outside of the
USA, local custom's duties and/or import taxes are the responsibility
of the customer. Please use the shipping method "Air (Outside
USA only)" as the shipping choice, although it will be sent
International FedEx Ground.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If information cannot be confirmed, a money
order or cashier's check may be required to process the order.
You authorize Georgiou to charge your credit card used in the order, for re-shipping costs on any exchange (unless it was our error).
