Desktop and Network Support

Qualifications:
One to two years experience in the following disciplines:
- Experienced with NT networking and the installation and support of hardware and software.
- Experienced in TCP/IP protocol.
- Experienced in installing and supporting hardware and software on PC's running Windows 98.

Additional Experience a plus:
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Experience with Retail Interact software.
- Experience in operations of AS/400 systems.
- Experience in using and installing Cognos software for use in data analysis.
